This international conference focuses on innovations and current best practice in all aspects of research in the sister fields of Christian Spirituality Studies and Spiritual theology. Scholars from both fields will have the opportunity to share knowledge and exchange views on contemporary methods. 3. The methodological importance and use of dialogue between spiritual theology and spirituality studies, and disciplines such as the humanities and the social, natural, formal and/or applied sciences.

    4. Issues relating theoretical considerations and method of study to concrete expressions of the spiritual life (theology, liturgy, daily living, the arts, spiritual writing, Spiritual Formation Spiritual Direction and religious practices).
