The International Thomas Merton Society will once again sponsor the Daggy Youth/Student Scholarship Program to make it possible for young scholars to participate in its Conference. Scholarships will be awarded to qualified candidates, covering all costs (except transportation) for attendance at the Twelfth Conference of the ITMS to be held at Loyola University, Chicago, Illinois, June 9-12, 1011. The theme of the Meeting is: With Roots in Eternity: Merton, the Desert and the City.

Members of the College Theology Society have sent many good scholars to the Meetings in years past. The ITMS thanks you for your continued support. If you know of students that might be interested in applying for a scholarship this academic year please direct them to the two websites of interest to candidates:
