The 65th Annual Convention of the College Theology Society meets at Holy Cross College at Notre Dame, South Bend, Indiana,  from Thursday evening, May 30 to Sunday noon, June 2.  Rooms are available at Holy Cross (with overflow going to Moreau Seminary) from Wednesday evening through Sunday morning, and CTS members are warmly invited to arrive on Wednesday before the convention and enjoy the campuses of Notre Dame, Saint Mary's, and Holy Cross, and the beautiful Northern Indiana area.

As is customary, the Board of Directors will meet on Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm.

Our theme this year is  "All the Ends of the Earth": Challenge and Celebration of Global Catholicism.  The convention chairs and annual volume editors are Jane Linahan of Madonna University (Michigan) and Cyril Orji of the University of Dayton (Ohio).  Our local hosts and coordinators are Monica Markovich, Louis Albarran, and Michael Griffin, all of Holy Cross College.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Registration is now open and will remain open until Monday, May 20 at midnight.  After that date, it will not be possible to purchase accommodations or meals at Holy Cross College.  Walk on registration will be possible for the program portion of the convention only.  Attendees will need to procure accommodations off campus and will need to pay ala carte prices for meals, or obtain meals off campus as well.

You can register and pay for your attendance at the convention on the following pages.  Note that each person (e.g., spouses rooming together) must register and pay separately.  This system does not permit couple or group registration.  Use the category "Non Member, Spouse Accompanying CTS Member" to order accommodations, meals, or banquets for a spouse.

Note that, if you elect to pay via check rather than credit card, your payment MUST be received by Steve Okey, treasurer of the College Theology Society, at the address that will appear on your confirmation email, no later than Monday May 13.  If your check has not been received by that date, your registration will be voided.

If you are not able to register as a Full Professional Member, Associate Member, or Graduate Student Member, you need to renew your membership in the Society before you can take advantage of the reduced rates for members.

REFUND POLICY: Before May 20: 100%; After May 20: 0%.

LIMITED AMENITIES: Please be reminded that CTS offers great value for the convention by utilizing college residence halls and dining facilities.  One should not expect the kind of amenities that one might hope to find at a hotel, which would be much more expensive. Take responsibility and be creative in making sure that your comfort is assured and your needs are met: pack a few clothes hangers, a small bedside lamp, a device for making coffee or tea in one's room if one should want that, and perhaps even an extra pillow.

The College Theology Society is a registered, non-profit professional society and a Related Scholarly Organization of the American Academy of Religion.
